Barrels, Boxes and More

Three vintage wooden oak barrels with rusted metal hoops standing on a colorful braided oval rug inside a bright greenhouse, an antique wooden singletree laid across their tops, a stenciled Sunkist orange crate and a wooden crate full of glass bottles behind them

Joy & Kevin came by and delivered treasures right to my door — barrels, boxes and more.

Then came the tools: a long-handled iron pitchfork with the patina of years on it, a tall red wooden stool, and a little matching step stool no bigger than a child's chair.

The greenhouse is filling up in the best way — hanging pots in the rafters, succulents lined up under the grow lights, crates stacked along the walls.

The oak barrels came in last, the kind with rusted iron hoops, and they went straight onto the braided rug in the greenhouse. An antique wooden singletree with its wrought-iron end loops lies across the tops of two of them, like it has been waiting a long time to be put to use again.

Barrels, boxes and more — treasures delivered right to my door. Thank you, Joy & Kevin!
