My Neighbors at the Office

This is my office, and these are my neighbors.

The window looks straight out onto the pasture, where the cows graze all day like it's their job — which, out here, it practically is.

On the sill there are photos of friends who visit the farm, a candle, and the Farmstead clock keeping farm time right by my side.

The teddy bear keeps watch next to the clock, and the whole time the neighbors wander through, grazing and lowing, not a care in the world.

Not a bad view for a workday.
