Building the Rental Agreements Site

Creating and building the site for rental agreements with online signatures, house rules — and I handed the keys for the condo to Marsha today!

It started as an idea to make signing simpler, and it turned into a whole private corner of the site: each agreement gets its own secret link, the person signs right on their phone, and the house rules live right alongside it.

The screenshot below is the agreements page as it stands — the two farm agreements are waiting on their tenants, and Marsha's condo agreement shows all three signatures done.

And with the paperwork squared away, the keys went into Marsha's hand today. A good day all the way around.
