Marsha & Baramundi picked our condo!

I was up in Edmonds on Sunday, showing the condo to this wonderful woman and her pup — Marsha & Baramundi.

They were going to let me know later that day if they chose us, and they did — they picked our condo! We are so happy to have them.

In Marsha’s words: “It is so beautiful with all the thoughtful and loving touches from your mom, thank you for sharing them.”
